The qualified factories test every lot of pigment compared to a standard using a test method approved by Trust Chem's experienced technical staff.

Trust Chem regularly runs a double check on every factory production lot and runs as needed special tests that duplicate the customer test methods.

Most suppliers of Chinese pigment depend on the factory to test the pigment.  Trust Chem has made the significant investment to have the same equipment and use the same test methods as their customers.  

Trust Chem has partial ownership in four key factories and supply agreements with several other factories that give them the capability to get the right quality for their customers time after time.

As the largest independent exporter, the factories work hard to provide Trust Chem preferred quality and supply.  They know that Trust Chem watches them closely to make sure the factories do not try to sell them inferior quality.   Many other suppliers of Chinese pigment do not have the purchasing leverage, factory relationships or technical expertise of Trust Chem. 

Some suppliers promote only the cheapest quality or a product that does not meet customer quality expectations.  Trust Chem only supplies products from the factories that will meet or exceed customer quality expectations.  Trust Chem will work to avoid sending samples to potential new customers that do not meet their quality expectations.

Trust Chem provides Certificate of Analysis on each lot.

Trust Chem develops new pigment to meet specific customer quality requirements.  

Product Safety

Trust Chem provides Material Safety Data Sheets on all products.

Trust Chem regularly test products for heavy metals and other hazardous contaminants at independent labs in both China and Europe. 

Trust Chem works with the factory to be sure their production meets the product safety requirements of their customers.

REACH - Trust Chem has made the largest financial commitment of any Chinese pigment supplier to obtaining full REACH registration for the pigments they sell in Europe and the USA. Trust Chem will register a wide range of pigment from not only their joint venture factories but from other independent factories.
